Our Story
Val grew up surrounded by the vibrant street food culture of Saigon. After moving to France, he wanted to recreate the flavours of his childhood using fresh French ingredients. Together with Mathias, whom he met at hospitality school, they created a place where Vietnamese tradition meets French craftsmanship. Every Bánh Mì is prepared fresh with homemade recipes and carefully selected ingredients.
